1) Landscaping: Softscape - planting trees, roses, and sod work (removing old and installing new grass/sod), along with architecture, planning, and forming a suitable landscape design. Hardscape involves constructing structures and stonework, including the installation of basic fences and pavers.

2) Install thermostat, changed old electrical switches, and sockets (upgraded) to new ones, repaired & installed electrical, replaced fixtures, added electrical wiring & socket

3) Carpentry - fence, repair flooring, repair wall and baseboards, kitchen blocks, plant box

4) Plumbing - repair dripping faucet, clogged sink, clogged toilet, kitchen sink pipes

5) Repair roof

6) Replaced & install wall insulation

7) Painting job- wall, ceiling, choosing materials & paints

8) Install kitchen Cabinets - removed old cabinets, drywall, insulation. Install new insulation, kitchen blocking, beam support. Changed old switches & socket, install new socket. Measurements & planning

9) Install Hood range, including electrical, exhaust, measurement. Install kitchen backsplash

10) Removed hardwood floor, secure beams, added floorboards, installed new luxury vinyl floorings
